Dear Comrades,

Today we join all the comrades of the Communist Party of the Philippines who celebrate the 49th anniversary of the foundation of their Party. The Filipino Communist have been for decades and continue to be an example of tenacity, dedication to the cause of the working class and the people, struggle without quarter to imperialism and its lackeys.

The Popular Front (Italy) is proud to express to your Party all it internationalist solidarity and its proximity in this important anniversary, marked by the criminal and shameful repressive initiatives of the Duterte government. We know that the Filipino comrades will defeat these attacks, as they have always been able to do in the past, thanks to their capacity for analysis and dialectical understanding of reality and the indefatigable support of the Filipino working classes.
